A look at some of the Hamilton buildings we’re checking out right now on King St E, a main drag east of Hamilton’s core..

This is a nice little 18 suiter. They’re asking around $60,000/door. Rents are a little under the median at $816. We’ll have to check it out more thoroughly, but given the rents and vacancies conditions in Hamilton (as touched upon in the previous post), this could be a great little building.

A 36 suiter with some tastier numbers and way closer to the core than the 18 suiter: $54,000/door and rents at $693. We’ll definitely be giving this one serious consideration.

Nice location here; on the intersection of King and Main and right next to a fairly large park. Almost right in the middle between the previous two buildings. A 52 suiter above some commercial buildings. $66,000/door and rents at $781.
