“The area is thriving as a commercial and cultural centre, home to an array of retailers, restaurants, nightclubs, art galleries, wholesalers and the theatre district.“
Justin, a resident of Winnipeg’s Exchange District who’s commented on our blog a couple times sent this article our way about the area, site of the Princess Building, which we have under contract. An interesting article that bodes well for us. Thanks Justin!
Who would I contact about getting on some sort of list for the Princess building once it’s completed in a couple years?
I’ve been looking for open-concept loft-style apartments — which are also affordable — in this city for quite some time, even contemplating a move away from Winnipeg due to its lack of options. The location, size, and (estimated) rental costs make it absolutely PERFECT for me if they actually get built, and I don’t want to miss out.
